Saja is a non-custodial trading interface. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Wallet addresses — When you connect your wallet to trade, your public wallet address is used to interact with the Hyperliquid protocol. We do not store wallet addresses on our servers.
• No personal data — We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information. There is no account registration or KYC process.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

Saja does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to save your interface preferences, such as:

• Selected color theme
• Trading layout preferences
• Last viewed trading pair
• 1-Click Trading session keys (stored locally, never transmitted)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to share. All trading data exists on the Hyperliquid blockchain and is publicly accessible by nature of the protocol.

4. Third-Party Services

Saja interacts with the following third-party services:

• Hyperliquid — All trades are executed on the Hyperliquid protocol. Your trading activity is governed by Hyperliquid's own terms.
• Privy — Used for wallet connection and authentication. Privy's privacy policy governs data they process during wallet connection.

5. Data Security

Since Saja is non-custodial and does not store user data, there is minimal attack surface for data breaches. Your private keys and funds remain under your control at all times. Session keys for 1-Click Trading are generated and stored locally in your browser.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Saja constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
